nRole Overview
nYou'll drive growth across international markets by identifying, onboarding, and scaling Recruitment Partners (RPs). You'll work with local and global teams to bring in high-quality student enrolments for upGrad's Global Student Program.
nWhat You'll Do
nPartner Onboarding

- Identify and onboard new recruitment partners and education consultantsn
- Vet partners through due diligence and documentation checksn
- Build a compliant, high-performing partner networkn

nRelationship Management

- n
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing partnersn




- Run regular performance reviews and training sessionsn
- Track partner-led recruitment pipelinesn

nPartner & Student Support

- n
- Help partners with counselling guidance and application reviewsn
- Ensure accurate, compliant communication with studentsn
- Coordinate with Admissions, Compliance, and Operationsn
- Resolve partner and application escalationsn

nMarket Intelligence

- n
- Monitor market trends, visa policies, and competitor activityn
- Share insights to improve partner productivity and conversionsn

nWhat We're Looking For

- n
- 3–6 years in international student recruitment, overseas education, or B2B education partnershipsn
- Experience managing recruitment partners or agent networksn
- Solid grasp of admissions processes, compliance, and visa rulesn
- Excellent relationship management and negotiation skillsn
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, target-driven r
