nFaraday Ozone is looking for a commercially aggressive Business Development Manager to build and grow our Ozone Solutions to solve the most challenging problems in the industry.
n

nThe mission is simple:

nBuild relationships → create opportunities → get Faraday specified → win projects → close orders.
n

nAbout the Role
nYou will be responsible for developing Faraday’s business with:
n• EPC companies
n• Water & wastewater contractors
n• STP/ETP system integrators
n• Engineering consultants
n• Municipal contractors
n• Industrial customers
n• OEMs & technology partners
nYou will work closely with Faraday’s application engineering and technical teams to sell ozone-based solutions, not simply equipment.

nWhat You Will Do
nBuild a strong EPC & contractor network across India
nIdentify upcoming STP, ETP, industrial water and wastewater projects
nGet Faraday OB-Series specified into projects
nDevelop and manage a high-value sales pipeline
nLead technical-commercial discussions




nPrepare and negotiate proposals
nDrive opportunities from first meeting to Purchase Order
nDevelop strategic accounts and channel partners
nBuild repeat business from the installed base
nProvide market intelligence on competitors, pricing and opportunities

nWho We Are Looking For
n

nWe want a hunter, not an order coordinator.
n

nYou should have:
n

n• 8–15 years of B2B industrial sales/business development experience
n• Strong exposure to water/wastewater, EPC, environmental engineering, process equipment or industrial technology
n• Existing relationships with EPCs, contractors and consultants will be a major advantage
n• Proven ability to close large technical projects
n• Robust negotiation and relationship-building skills
n• Ability to understand technical solutions and communicate commercial value
n• Willingness to travel extensively across India
n• Strong CRM and pipeline manag
