nWe are partnering with a fast-growing, promoter-led alloy steel manufacturer to hire a Regional Sales Lead– North. This is a high-ownership leadership role managing one of the company's most critical markets, covering the North India OEM and industrial belt (Delhi-NCR, Punjab, Haryana, Rajasthan and Uttar Pradesh).

n ABOUT THE ROLE
n
nThis is the regional leadership role in the organisation reporting directly to the Sales Head responsible for scaling an existing revenue base of ₹250 Cr, entering strategic new markets, and building a high-performing national sales organisation. The ideal candidate is a seasoned sales professional with deep exposure to high-specification steel, forgings, or adjacent engineering sectors, and a proven track record of enterprise account management, vendor qualification cycles, and value-based selling.

n RESPONSIBILITIES

- n
- Drive ₹100–300 Cr regional revenuen
- Lead growth across OEMs, distributors & key industrial accountsn
- Build strong relationships with OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, EPC & industrial clientsn
- Expand presence across Delhi-NCR, Ludhiana, Jaipur and Faridabad clustersn
- Own pricing, margins, collections & overall regional P&L;n
- Lead and scale a high-performing sales teamn

n QUALIFICATIONS
n
- n
- 12–20 years in steel / alloy steel / forgings / castings / engineering salesn
- Proven experience handling the North region (must-have)n
- Strong exposure to OEM / key account / industrial salesn
- Track record of revenue growth and team leadershipn
- English communication is crucial for this rolen
