nCandidates must currently be based in Vadodara OR willing to relocate to Vadodara before joining.

nRole Overview:
nWe are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Accountant to support day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities for assigned clients. The role involves maintaining accurate financial records, supporting month-end and year-end close, processing payroll, clearing AMA items,



and assisting with tax data entry under the supervision of a Senior Accountant.
nKey Responsibilities:
nBookkeeping & Accounting:

- n
- Perform monthly and annual bookkeeping using QuickBooks Online or Desktop.n
- Fetch bank and credit card statements and record transactions accurately in QuickBooks, including journal entries, by identifying expense nature along with payroll and sales tax entries.n
- Perform bank and credit card reconciliations.n
- Assist with Ask My Accountant (AMA) clearance and support closing entries as per reviewer instructionsn
- Maintain proper documentation and organized financial records.n

nPayroll:

- Process payroll for assigned clients using Payroll Relief or equivalent payroll software.n
- Ensure payroll data is accurately reflected in accounting records.n
