- Strong understanding of space planning and architectural planning.n
- Excellent skills in floor plan drafting and development.n
- Ability to create functional, well-planned layouts based on project requirements.n
- Strong knowledge of architectural drawings and detailing.n
- Good understanding of materials, dimensions, and design standards.n
- Ability to independently handle planning and drafting requirements.n
- Positive communication and coordination skills with the design and execution teams.n

nKey Focus of the Role:
nSpace planning, floor-plan development, and producing accurate, practical architectural drawings.
