nWe're looking for a senior enterprise sales leader with 16+ years of B2B consultative / solution sales experience to drive growth across Pharma & Life Sciences.
nThis is NOT a generic IT / SaaS sales role.
nWe're specifically looking for leaders who have sold solutions around:
nDigital Manufacturing / MES / MOM
nIndustry 4.0 / Smart Manufacturing / IIoT
nManufacturing & Operational Analytics
nIndustrial Data / AI / Digital Platforms
nElectronic Batch Records / Digital Operations
nManufacturing Transformation / Plant Digitization
nExperience with platforms such as Siemens Opcenter, Rockwell PharmaSuite, Körber PAS-X, Emerson DeltaV, AVEVA PI, AspenTech, SAP Digital Manufacturing, ThingWorx, DELMIA, Seeq, MasterControl or similar is highly relevant.
nWhat we're looking for:
n• 16+ years | 18–20 ideal
n• Proven enterprise B2B hunting & current-logo acquisition




n• Strong CXO-level selling
n• Pharma / Life Sciences customer relationships
n• Exposure to Manufacturing / Operations / Plant environments
n• Ownership of revenue, pipeline & large enterprise deals
n• Experience selling at Corporate + Site level
nWe're particularly interested in senior sales leaders from industrial technology, MES, digital manufacturing, industrial data/analytics, life sciences technology and relevant consulting/SI ecosystems.
