nRole Overview:
nWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Operations Coordinator (POC) to support project governance, financial operations, and cross-functional coordination activities. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring project tracking, financial reconciliation, reporting accuracy, and adherence to PMO processes while collaborating with stakeholders across multiple time zones.

- Support project governance activities and ensure compliance with PMO processes and standardsn
- Track project progress, maintain project documentation, and provide status reporting Coordinate with project teams and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of project milestonesn
- Assist in financial reconciliation, budget tracking, and operational reporting activitiesn
- Maintain and update project management tools such as Planview and JIRA Prepare dashboards, reports, and presentations using Excel and Power BIn
- Monitor project risks, issues, and dependencies and escalate where necessaryn
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across project and financial recordsn
- Collaborate with teams across multiple geographies and time zonesn
- Support PMO reporting, governance reviews, and audit requirementsn
