nPosition: Business Development Manager (Field Sales)
nAs a Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in expanding our referral network and strengthening our presence across Bengaluru.
nKey Responsibilities
n• Develop and maintain relationships with pediatricians, Psychiatrists, Developmental pediatricians,



hospitals, schools, preschools, and other referral partners.
n• Generate recent business opportunities through field visits, networking, and strategic partnerships.
n• Conduct presentations and meetings to introduce Sunshine by Lissun's services.
n• Organize awareness programs, screening camps, workshops, and community engagement activities.
n• Achieve monthly business development and revenue targets.
n• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and update CRM regularly.
n• Coordinate with clinical and operations teams to ensure a seamless partner experience.
nWhat We're Looking For
n1–5 years of experience in Business Development, Field Sales, Healthcare Sales, Education Sales, or B2B/B2C Sales.
nExcellent communication and relationship-building skills.
nSelf-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable with extensive field visits.
