- Lead the Ad Sales function by driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives across agencies, brands, and direct clients.n
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies aligned with organizational objectives, ensuring sustainable business expansion and market leadership.n
- Build, nurture, and strengthen relationships with senior decision-makers, including CXOs, Marketing Heads, Media Directors, and key stakeholders across agencies and brands.n
- Identify, evaluate,



and capitalize on new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and emerging market trends to accelerate revenue generation.n
- Own and manage the sales pipeline, forecasting, budgeting, and revenue targets, consistently delivering and exceeding business goals.n
- Lead, mentor, and develop the Ad Sales team, fostering a high-performance culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and continuous growth.n
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver integrated advertising solutions and maximize client value.n
