nAbout the Role
nWe are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager with strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to manage key projects and workstreams across a growing portfolio.
nKey Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end delivery of software development projects, budgets, schedules, and workstreams.n
- Manage project planning, resource allocation, dependencies, risks, issues, and delivery timelines.n
- Drive Agile delivery practices and continuous process improvement.n
- Track project KPIs, productivity metrics, progress, and variances; provide regular status reporting.n
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and resources across multiple time zones.n
- Manage stakeholder communication, expectations, escalations, and project governance.n
- Partner with Engineering and Resource Managers for project staffing and capacity planning.n
- Ensure compliance with corporate and financial regulations.n




- Perform project-related data analysis and support business decision-making.n
- Identify project risks, impacts, and mitigation strategies.n
- Manage multiple concurrent projects and adapt to changing priorities.n
- Present project status and recommendations effectively to senior and executive stakeholders.n

nRequirements

- n
- 5+ years of IT Project Delivery experience in Cloud environments.n
- Proven experience as a Software Project Manager, IT Project Manager, Program Manager, Agile Project Manager, or Scrum Master.n
- Solid knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and scaled Agile frameworks such as SAFe, LeSS, or [email protected]
- Advanced hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.n
- Strong understanding of SDLC and software development processes.n
- Experience in process improvement, business transformation, and business analysis.n
- Strong stakeholder, resource, risk, change, and project management skills.n
