nRole Overview
nAs a Graphic & Motion Designer, you'll be part of the Design team, working closely with the
nMarketing, Product, and Research teams to create engaging static and motion creatives.
nFrom brand campaigns and social media to pitch decks, publications, and product launches,
nyou'll play a key role in shaping the visual identity of InCred Money.
nKey Responsibilities:
n● Design high-quality static creatives for digital campaigns, social media, websites, app
nbanners, email templates, presentations, pitch decks, magazines, and other
nmarketing collateral.
n● Create engaging motion graphics, animations,



explainer videos, and short-form video
ncontent for digital platforms.
n● Create custom illustrations, pictograms, icons, infographics, and other visual assets
nthat align with InCred Money's brand language.
n● Collaborate with designers, marketers, product managers, and the research team to
nexecute creative projects.
n● Ensure consistency with InCred Money's brand guidelines across all communication.
n● Translate complex financial concepts into simple, engaging, and visually appealing
ndesigns.
n● Stay updated with the latest design trends, animation techniques, AI tools, and social
nmedia content formats.
n● Manage multiple projects while delivering high-quality work within deadlines.
