nKey Responsibilities:
nOutbound Prospecting
nIdentify and research target companies across multiple industries.
nBuild and maintain a database of potential customers.
nReach out to prospects through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
nSchedule qualified product demonstrations for the sales team.

nLead Generation
nGenerate qualified B2B leads through outbound campaigns.
nQualify prospects based on business requirements and buying potential.
nMaintain accurate lead information in CRM.
nEmail campaign; LinkedIn Outreach
nCreate personalized outreach campaigns.
nExecute LinkedIn prospecting and engagement.
nFollow up consistently to nurture prospects.

nCRM Management
nMaintain complete prospect information in CRM.
nTrack every interaction and follow-up.
nEnsure no qualified lead is missed.
n

nMarket Research
nResearch target companies and decision-makers.




nBuild prospect databases using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, company websites, and other research tools.
nIdentify new market opportunities and customer segments.
n

nRequired Skills
nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.
nStrong English communication.
nConfidence in cold calling and objection handling.
nGood email writing and follow-up skills.
nComfortable using CRM software.
nFamiliarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, or similar lead generation tools is an advantage.
nStrong internet research and prospecting skills.
nSelf-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
nWillingness to travel locally for customer meetings, exhibitions, and networking events.

nPreferred Qualifications
nBachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
