nRole Overview: We are seeking an AGM Project to lead project team in executing interior design
nprojects for clients who have taken premises on long-term leases. This role involves close collaboration with the design team and direct communication with clients to ensure that their vision is realized effectively.
nKey Responsibilities:
n Executing design specifications provided by the client.




n Coordinate with the design team to ensure client approvals are obtained efficiently.
n Schedule planning for proposed projects, ensuring timelines are realistic and achievable.
n Oversee all phases of project execution, from planning to completion, ensuring timelines and
nbudgets are met.
n Responsible for material procurement and billing of sub-vendors to maintain project budgets.
n Project planning and scheduling, ensuring all tasks are assigned and deadlines are met.
n Monitor project progress and prepare regular updates for stakeholders, including preparation
nof MIS (Management Information Systems) and dashboards to track project performance.
n Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle, addressing any
nconcerns or changes in requirements.
n Collaborate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure quality standards are maintained.
