- Oversee daily transaction of Account and finance functionsn
- Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and fund utilization.n
- Responsible for Direct taxation of Companyn
- Responsible for Indirect taxation of Companyn
- Export benefits, Application, Tracking and Utilizationn
- Ensure compliance with RBI, FEMA, and DGFT regulations.n
- Ensure smooth Cross department functionn
- Closure of Books on monthly basis with strict timeline.n
- Handling Various Audit, Statutory, Internal, IFRS, Transfer pricing, Tax Audit, etc.n
- Liaising with various Government Authorityn
- MCA forms filing and Annual return filingn
- Develop SOPs for finance and accountingn
- CSR fund utilisation as per Company CSR Policyn
- Educate and update team for changes in Taxation and Finance.n
- Ensuring Accounting as per Cost centre maintain in Companyn

nRequirements
n- Deep SAP Knowledge, Finance and Material Module
n- Deep Knowledge of Direct and Indirect tax.
n- Ability to communicate in English
n- Minimum 5 years of experience in Taxation and Banking
n- Positive Command in Microsoft tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
n- Experience in Team Handling
nQUALIFICATIONS
nCA having experience of 8-10 years in Banking and Taxation
nPreferred
nHaving minimum 8 years of experience In Taxation and Banking.
nExperience in Manufacturing Industry.
