nSaaSFlex is a growing SaaS company building products that help businesses work smarter. Our flagship product, ClockFlex, is a scheduling and appointment management platform for professionals and businesses.
nWe're looking for a Sales Executive who is ready to take ownership, build customer relationships, generate sales, manage events, and grow with an early-stage startup.
nWhat You'll Do

- Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, WhatsApp and other channelsn
- Identify and connect with B2B prospectsn
- Conduct field visits, customer meetings and product demosn
- Follow up with prospects and close dealsn
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipelinen
- Develop long-term customer relationshipsn
- Understand customer needs and present ClockFlex effectivelyn
- Plan and manage sales, networking and promotional eventsn
- Represent SaaSFlex and ClockFlex at industry events and meetingsn
- Manage, coordinate and guide the sales teamn
- Track sales activities, targets and conversionsn




- Share customer feedback and market insights with managementn

nWhat We're Looking For

- Excellent English and Hindi communication skillsn
- Solid relationship-building and interpersonal skillsn
- Comfortable with cold calling, outbound sales and field salesn
- Willing to travel for customer meetings and eventsn
- Comfortable with LinkedIn and Sales Navigatorn
- Strong follow-up, negotiation and closing skillsn
- Ability to coordinate and manage a sales teamn
- Good event planning and coordination skillsn
- Self-motivated, energetic and target-orientedn
- Ready to work in a fast-paced, creative and challenging startup environmentn
- Comfortable taking ownership and working independentlyn
- B2B/SaaS sales experience is a plusn
