nAbout the Role
nWe are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Admission Counsellor to join our Premium Study Abroad team in Chennai.
nThe role involves counselling prospective students and parents, understanding their study-abroad aspirations, and guiding them towards the right international education opportunities while driving admissions and revenue.
nKey Responsibilities

- Counsel students and parents on international education programs, universities, courses, and destinations.n
- Understand student profiles, career goals, academic background, and financial considerations to provide personalized guidance.n
- Manage leads through the complete sales funnel, from initial counselling to conversion and enrolment.n
- Drive conversions through consultative selling, effective follow-ups, and strong objection handling.n




- Handle premium/high-value student profiles while maintaining a high standard of customer experience.n
- Achieve monthly and quarterly admission and revenue targets.n
- Build strong relationships with students and parents throughout the decision-making journey.n
- Maintain accurate lead and activity records in the CRM.n
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth application and enrolment journey.n
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve conversion and customer experience.n

nRequirements

- n
- 2–6 years of relevant experience in Study Abroad, Overseas Education, EdTech, or consultative sales.n
- Proven track record of achieving sales/admission targets.n
- Solid knowledge of international education and study-abroad counselling.n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.n
- Strong counselling, negotiation, objection-handling, and closing skills.n
