Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities* - Operations Management
n- Lead the end-to-end processing of mutual fund transactions, including Purchases, Redemptions, SIPs, STPs, SWPs, Switches, and NFOs.
n- Ensure timely and accurate execution of all investor transactions within defined TATs.
n- Monitor daily operational activities and maintain high standards of accuracy and quality.
n- Coordinate with AMCs, RTAs (CAMS & KFin Technologies), distributors, custodians, and banking partners.
n- Handle escalations related to transaction processing and investor servicing.
n- Oversee account opening, folio creation, nominee updates, FATCA, CKYC, and KYC documentation.
n- Ensure adherence to SEBI, AMFI, RBI, and internal compliance guidelines.
n- Conduct regular reconciliations of transactions, investor holdings, and bank accounts.
n- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports, dashboards, and operational performance reports.
