nWe are looking for a driven and well-connected Business Development Manager with solid PR and communications knowledge to expand the client portfolio.
nThe ideal candidate should understand PR, communication strategies and client business objectives, and be able to recommend relevant PR solutions.
nKey Responsibilities
nIdentify and pursue new business opportunities across startups, consumer brands, corporates and emerging businesses.
nBuild and manage a strong pipeline through networking, referrals, industry events, LinkedIn outreach and partnerships.
nUnderstand client businesses, communication challenges and PR objectives.
nConduct discovery meetings and identify relevant PR opportunities.
nDevelop customised PR proposals, pitches and presentations with internal teams.
nPresent PR capabilities, case studies and service offerings to prospective clients.




nManage the complete business development cycle from lead generation to closure.
nFollow up with prospects and maintain strong client relationships.
nNegotiate commercials, scope of work and engagement terms.
nEnsure smooth handover of new clients to the PR servicing team.
nMaintain records of leads, proposals, conversions and revenue forecasts.
nDevelop relationships with founders, marketing leaders, communication professionals and ecosystem partners.
nTrack market trends, competitor activity and emerging PR opportunities.
nContribute to business growth and new market development.
