- Manage all sales activities for the company's product portfolio within the assigned region and ensure compliance with company policies.n
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments to maximize sales opportunities and improve overall performance.n
- Act as a liaison between headquarters and the field to ensure effective two-way communication and drive business results.n
- Establish and manage a clear strategic direction,



including sales and performance targets for the assigned region.n
- Appoint current distributors and guide their development to improve individual and overall regional performance.n
- Provide support, training, and coaching to distributors to increase product sales and contribute to corporate and divisional objectives.n
- Define and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.n
- Proactively monitor and report regional issues, including pricing, competitive pressure, distributor performance, talent concerns, market and industry developments, and other customer or business challenges.n
- Prepare regional sales forecasts, analyses, and performance reports.n
- Contribute to divisional, regional, and individual goal-setting and planning activities.n
- Work directly with Corporate Accounts, when necessary, to establish field-level relationships with corporate offices located within the assigned region.
