nWe are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical finance professional to manage accounting operations, financial reporting, and MIS activities. The role requires strong expertise in accounting controls, reporting, and stakeholder coordination to support effective business decision-making and operational efficiency.
nKey Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end accounting operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely closuresn
- Handle financial reporting, controlling activities, variance analysis, and performance trackingn
- Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and periodic financial summaries for management reviewn
- Monitor operational financial transactions and maintain proper documentation and controlsn
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activitiesn
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders for data gathering, reconciliations,



and reporting requirementsn
- Identify and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance reporting efficiency and accuracyn
- Ensure compliance with financial controls, audit requirements, and regulatory standardsn
- Assist management with financial analysis and business insights for decision-making.n

nRequired Skills & Competencies

- Solid understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and internal controls.n
- Hands-on experience in MIS reporting, variance analysis, and financial data management.n
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred).n
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.n
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work within deadlines.n
