About the RolenWe are looking for a Customer Success Executive who enjoys talking to people, helping customers and learning new technology.
nYour main responsibility will be to speak with customers, understand their requirements, help them use ChatterPillar and make sure they have a valuable experience with the platform.




nThis is a hands-on, customer-facing role. You will regularly communicate with customers through phone calls and WhatsApp.
nYou will also follow up with customers, help them with campaigns, monitor their usage, support renewals and identify opportunities where we can help them get more value from ChatterPillar.
nFreshers are welcome. Previous experience in SaaS or WhatsApp Business is not required. We will train you on the product.
nWhat matters most to us is good communication, basic computer skills, confidence on calls and a willingness to learn.
