nJob Summary
nWe are seeking Technical Program Managers to support a large-scale migration initiative. The selected candidates will play a key role in gathering requirements from existing sites, validating them with site owners, and developing a comprehensive and executable migration plan. This role requires strong stakeholder management, technical understanding, and program coordination skills.
nKey Responsibilities

- Collect and document detailed requirements from existing sites and stakeholders.n
- Collaborate with site owners and cross-functional teams to validate and finalize requirements.n
- Develop, manage, and publish a comprehensive migration plan covering scope, timelines, risks, and dependencies.n
- Monitor program progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.n
- Ensure alignment between technical teams, business owners,



and leadership.n
- Facilitate regular status meetings and provide clear, concise program updates.n
- Maintain documentation, dashboards, and reports to ensure transparency and accountability.n
- Drive end-to-end program execution from planning through delivery.n

nRequired Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).n
- Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager or similar role.n
- Strong understanding of technical systems, data flows, and migration processes.n
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and requirement-gathering skills.n
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and deliver high-quality results under deadlines.n
- Solid analytical, organizational, and problem‐solving capabilities.n
