n1. Job Purpose
nWe are looking for an experienced and highly capable Plant Head to lead the complete
nmanufacturing and plant operations of our pneumatic products manufacturing facility.
nThe candidate will be responsible for end-to-end plant management, including production,
nproduction planning, quality, maintenance, engineering, process improvement, inventory
ncoordination, manpower productivity, cost control, safety, and timely dispatch.
nThe ideal candidate should have robust experience in pneumatic, hydraulic, industrial
nautomation, precision engineering, engineering components, or similar manufacturing
nindustries, with the ability to understand technical products and manage a multi-functional
nmanufacturing team.
nThe Plant Head will be expected to build a high-performance manufacturing culture, improve




nproductivity and OEE, reduce rejection and manufacturing costs, improve delivery performance,
nand continuously enhance manufacturing processes.

nThe candidate will preferably have experience or working knowledge of products/processes
nrelated to:

n● FRL Units – Filter, Regulator & Lubricator
n● Pneumatic Tubings

n● Solenoid Valves
n● Industrial Automation Components
n● Customized Pneumatic Products
n● Precision Engineering Components
n● Assembly and testing of pneumatic products
n● CNC/VMC machining and related manufacturing processes
n● Pressure testing, leak testing and functional testing
n● Product customization and engineering-to-production coordination
