nPosition Summary –
nExperienced skilled who will be responsible for ensuring the company is appropriately and strategically positioned with investors, analysts and all stakeholders. Candidate will report directly to the Group CFO and will act as the moderator between the management and investor community.
nA self-started who will be responsible for strategy, framework, and providing an investor relations roadmap. The position requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
nRoles & Responsibilities –

- n
- member for contribution in strategy formationn
- of strategy and road map for building relationships with investors, analysts, regulators and financial journalists;n
- current processes and outreach programs and advising executive management team on communication strategy to expand the penetration of the company in the financial community;n
- closely with CFO's office to set up meetings with key stakeholders within financial community for Group's promoters;n




- along with marketing agencies to build content and ideas for quarterly/ annual reporting, investor presentations, analysts/ broker/ portfolio manager meetings and press conferences;n
- hand in preparation of press releases and filing proceedings to regulators;n
- of quality content for annual reports under direction of the CFO's office;n
- key relationships among analysts, portfolio managers, research directors, heads of institutional investment departments and the stock exchange representatives;n
- insights on market activity and preparing reports to be presented to the leadership.n
- track of competition and making presentations to management team and board.n

nQualifications & Requirements –

- n
- degree in Accounting, Business or Finance & CFA/ CA/ MBA - Finance (Preferred)n
- Candidate should be well networked within the investor community and should have ability to create investor friendly content
