n:i. Accountable for the sales of ZOHO Software Applications (CRM, Helpdesk, Campaigns, HRMS, ERP)
nii. Conduct both Online and Face-to-Face Meetings with clients and potential prospects
niii. Proficiency in presentation skills is essential for this role. The Business Development Executive must effectively showcase ZOHO Products tailored to the specific needs of potential clients
niv. Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing clients
nv. Identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing clients, thereby generating new leads and managing the entire sales lifecycle
