nWhat you'll do
nYou will be a core member of our Sales Operations team. Your mission:
nCustomer Relationship & Order Management:



Lead sales and supply chain operations encompassing customer order management, demand planning, procurement, production planning (PPC), inventory control, logistics, and customer fulfilment to ensure seamless business operations and superior service levels.
nSupply Chain Planning & Operational Excellence: Plan and monitor shipments, manage inventory and lead times, resolve critical supply chain challenges, and ensure uninterrupted material flow in a quick-paced, high-pressure manufacturing environment.
nCross-Functional Leadership & Issue Resolution: Lead and collaborate with Production, Planning, Procurement, Logistics, Quality, and global stakeholders to resolve customer pain points and ensure seamless execution across the supply chain.
