Job DescriptionNakshathra Gold and Jewellery is looking for a results-driven Performance Marketer to scale our online sales across WhatsApp, Meta, and TikTok. If you live and breathe ROAS, conversion funnels, and social commerce, we want to talk to you.
nWhat you‘ll own:
n

nPlan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta Ads, Google ads, Snapchat and TikTok Ads to drive qualified traffic and sales.
nOwn the full funnel — from ad click to WhatsApp/Meta/TikTok inquiry to closed order.
nRun A/B tests on creatives, audiences, and offers to continuously improve CAC and ROAS
nTrack and report on key metrics: CPL, CPA, conversion rate, revenue per campaign
nWork closely with the sales team to ensure leads from ads/comments are converted efficiently
nIdentify new growth channels and stay ahead of platform trends (Meta, TikTok, Google)

nWhat we‘re looking for:
n





n2+ years of hands-on experience running paid social campaigns (Meta & TikTok required)
nStrong grasp of performance metrics and comfortable working with ad budgets
nExperience with e-commerce or D2C brands preferred; jewellery/fashion/luxury a big plus
nFamiliarity with social commerce/comment-to-sale funnels is a bonus
nData-driven mindset — you make decisions based on numbers, not guesses
nExcellent communication and a bias for quick execution
