Job DescriptionRole Overview
nLooking for a Consultants and Senior Consultant to join our Governance, Risk & Compliance practice. The candidate should bring hands-on experience across internal audits, internal controls, statutory audits, forensic investigations, fraud risk reviews, forensic accounting, and eDiscovery / document review methodologies.
nThe role is open to candidates based in Chennai / Bangalore.
nKey Responsibilities
nFact finding reviews
n
- n
- Support and execute process / financial fact-finding reviews examining transactions, records, and supporting documentation to identify irregularities and patterns.n
- Conduct forensic accounting reviews and detailed transaction testing; analyze financial records, accounting entries, contracts, invoices, and supporting documentation to identify red flags, control failures, and misconduct indicators.n
- Assist in preparing reports, client/ board presentations, and high-quality workpapers.n

neDiscovery & Document Review

- Conduct document and email review for investigations, litigation support,



regulatory matters, and compliance reviews, including first- and second-level review.n
- Identify relevant, responsive, and potentially privileged documents; execute review protocols and coding guidelines; prepare review summaries and issue chronologies.n
- Use forensic technology platforms (e.g., Relativity, Intella) for keyword searches, communication analysis, email threading, and issue-based document review; participate in large-scale managed review projects involving multiple custodians and complex data sets.n

nFraud Risk & Controls

- Support fraud risk assessments and anti-fraud control reviews covering the end-to-end business process lifecycle.n
- Identify process gaps and assist in developing practical remediation recommendations.n
