nThis role is focused on managing the operational and finance-related aspects of Alternative Investment Funds (AIF). The ideal candidate should have robust accounting, fund operations, compliance, and analytical skills, including cash flow, payments, receivables, taxation and balance sheet management. The role requires close coordination with internal teams as well as external stakeholders such as custodians, bankers, auditors, and regulators to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
nRoles & Responsibilities :

- Manage the general accounting function of an AIFn
- Oversee the maintenance and completion of ledger accounts and preparation of financial statementsn
- Preparation of daily NAV calculation, quarterly financials, and investor reportsn
- Handle trade settlement and client account allocationn
- Manage reconciliation of trade, holding, bank, etcn




- Prepare MIS including cash flow, annual budget process and periodic analysis of financial performancen
- Collaborate with bankers, custodians, auditors and external stakeholders to streamline processes and improve efficienciesn
- Ensure all processes adhere to SEBI guidelines and other regulatory requirementsn
- Ensure timely compliance required for AIF with Income Tax laws, GST, SEBI and any other regulatory bodyn
- Manage documentation for onboarding, periodic reviews, and audits, ensuring compliance and accuracyn
- Evaluate and make appropriate improvements to internal accounting processes, ensuring that the practices are in line with the overall goals of the organisation.n

nSkill and Competencies :

- Degree in accounting and finance with 3-4 years of relevant experience in AIF operations, preferably with an AMC or Fund Management entity , Cat-3 preferred.n
