nKey Responsibilities:

- Support the lead teacher in executing lesson plans and managing the classroomn
- Provide individual or small group academic support to students when neededn
- Help with classroom routines, organization, displays, and student materialsn
- Assist with co-curricular activities, events, and field tripsn
- Monitor student behavior and ensure a safe, positive classroom environmentn




- Maintain documentation and student records as guided by the lead teachern
- Substitute for the lead teacher when required, under guidancen

nQualifications & Skills:

- n
- Graduate in any discipline (B.Ed. or Diploma in Education is a plus)n
- At least 1 year of teaching experience (preferred)n
- Prior experience working with children in an educational setting preferredn
- Good communication and interpersonal skillsn
- Willingness to learn, take initiative, and work as part of a teamn
- Basic digital literacy for classroom supportn
