nKey Responsibilities:

- Plan and deliver engaging IB Economics and Business Management lessons aligned with IB curriculum frameworks.n
- Develop inquiry-based, student-centred learning experiences that promote critical thinking, analysis, and real-world application.n
- Teach and support students in understanding economic theories, business concepts, case studies, market structures, finance, marketing, and global business.n
- Prepare students for IB assessments, examinations, Internal Assessments (IA), and other coursework.n
- Guide students in research, data interpretation, business case analysis, and evidence-based decision-making.n
- Assess student progress through formative and summative assessments and provide constructive feedback.n
- Maintain accurate academic records and contribute to curriculum planning and departmental development.n




- Integrate current economic, business, and global affairs into classroom discussions.n
- Collaborate with colleagues to support interdisciplinary and IB learner-profile development.n
- Participate in parent meetings, school events, professional development, and other academic responsibilities.n

nDesired Qualifications & Skills:

- n
- Master's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.n
- Experience teaching IB DP Economics and/or Business Management preferred.n
- Solid knowledge of IB curriculum, assessment criteria, IA requirements, and examination standards.n
- Excellent communication, classroom management, analytical, and mentoring skills.n
- IB training/certification will be an added advantage.n
