Job Description Role: Scriptwriter

n Gynoveda is building the world's largest chain of Ayurveda fertility clinics. 62 clinics live across 30-plus cities, on a explicit path to 200. Short-form video fills those clinics. This role writes the ads that make it happen.

nWe are looking for a writer who has experience writing ads for FMCG or D2C brands and lives by the Hook, Message, CTA. Someone who knows the first three seconds decide everything, and that a beautiful script that does not convert is a failure. You report to the Senior Creative Director inside our in-house studio.

n What the work looks like

- n
- Write hooks, scripts, and storylines for performance ads, reels, explainers, and testimonials, in Hindi and Englishn
- Structure every script on Hook, Message, CTA, and defend that structure through the editn
- Apply AIDA to turn category insight into a curiosity-driven narrativen




- Write creative variants for A/B testing, then read CTR and watch time with the performance marketing team to sharpen the next roundn
- Partner with directors, producers, and editors from brief to final cutn
- Research the fertility category and surface fact-based angles that debunk mythsn

- Deep command of hooks, persuasion structure, and call to actionn
