nAbout the Role
nAnanta Interior Studio is looking for an experienced and target-driven Senior Sales Executive who will be responsible for generating current business opportunities, managing leads, conducting sales calls, following up with prospects, and converting leads into confirmed interior design projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to consistently achieve revenue targets.
nKey ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Business Development

- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, references, networking, and strategic partnerships.n
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified leads.n
- Develop relationships with architects, builders, real estate consultants, channel partners, and corporate clients to generate referrals.n

nLead Calling & Client Qualification

- Contact all assigned and self-generated leads promptly.n
- Understand client requirements, budget, timeline, and project scope.n
- Qualify leads and identify high-potential opportunities.n
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM or lead management system.n

nFollow-up & Relationship Management

- Conduct timely follow-ups via phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and meetings.n
- Ensure every qualified lead receives consistent follow-up until project closure.n
- Schedule client meetings, office consultations, and site visits.n
