- Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and other channels.n
- Identify and research potential B2B prospects and decision-makers.n
- Generate and qualify leads based on defined target customer profiles.n
- Engage with prospects and understand their business requirements.n
- Schedule qualified meetings/demos for the Business Development / Sales team.n
- Maintain accurate prospect and activity records in CRM.n
- Follow up consistently with prospects through multiple communication channels.n
- Work towards daily, weekly, and monthly lead-generation and meeting-booking targets.n
- Research target companies, industries, and key decision-makers.n
- Collaborate with the sales team to improve outreach strategies and conversion rates.n
- Stay updated on sales techniques, prospecting methods, and international business trendsn
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.n
- Strong confidence and willingness to speak with international prospects.n




- Good interpersonal and convincing skills.n
- Highly motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.n
- Comfortable with cold calling and outbound sales.n
- Good research and analytical skills.n
- Basic understanding of LinkedIn, email communication, and MS Office/Google Workspace.n
