nWe‘re looking for a Social Media Manager who can own the Social Media vertical across strategy, content, campaigns, client servicing, team leadership, and commercials.

nWhat you‘ll own:
nCLIENT & MARKETING STRATEGY:
n
- n
- Own assigned client accounts and their social media strategy.n
- Build quarterly marketing strategies and monthly execution plans.n
- Understand client goals, requirements, audiences, and business priorities.n
- Lead client meetings, presentations, and regular account reviews.n
- Manage client feedback, approvals, expectations, and escalations.n

nCONTENT STRATEGY & EXECUTION:
n
- n
- Build content strategies, pillars, campaigns, and monthly calendars.n
- Brief Content and Creative teams with transparent objectives and direction.n
- Review content and creative output before client submission.n
- Track execution against timelines, scope, and quality standards.n




- Use performance insights to improve content strategy.n

nCAMPAIGN & PERFORMANCE:
n
- n
- Plan and coordinate organic and paid social campaigns.n
- Track campaign and content performance against agreed KPIs.n
- Identify performance gaps and drive optimization.n
- Present performance insights and recommendations to clients.n

nRESEARCH & MARKET INTELLIENCE:
n
- n
- Track platform updates, social trends, competitors, and industry developments.n
- Bring relevant insights into client strategies and campaigns.n
- Identify new content, campaign, and growth opportunities.n

nWhat we‘re looking for?
n
- n
- 3–5 years of experience in a Digital Marketing, Social Media, Creative, or Advertising Agency.n
- Experience independently managing multiple client accounts.n
- Strong experience in social media and content strategy..n
- Strong client servicing and communication skills.n
