nKey Responsibilities:

- n
- Identify and generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, Google, social media, online directories, and other digital platforms.n
- Conduct market research and prospect mining to build a strong sales pipeline.n
- Initiate contact with prospective clients via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp.n
- Nurture and follow up with leads until they are converted into qualified business opportunities.n




- Schedule meetings and coordinate with the Business Development/Sales team.n
- Maintain accurate lead records and update CRM/database regularly.n
- Build long-term relationships with prospects and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.n
- Achieve weekly and monthly lead generation and conversion targets.n

nRequirements:
n
- n
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA/Marketing preferred).n
- 1–3 years of experience in Lead Generation, Inside Sales, Business Development, or Client Acquisition.n
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.n
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, MS Excel, and online research.n
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive with a strong learning attitude.n
