- 18+ years of overall experience with strong expertise in Medical Coding operations.n
- Proven leadership experience managing large-scale Medical Coding delivery operations 500+ FTE‘s.n
- Strong understanding of US Healthcare / RCM and Medical Coding processes.n
- Experience managing large teams, operational performance, productivity, quality and client SLAs.n
- Strong exposure to P&L; / financial management, operational metrics and continuous improvement.n
- Proven experience in stakeholder and client management at senior levels.n
- Robust people leadership, transformation and process excellence capabilities.n
- Candidates currently working at Director / Senior Director / AVP / equivalent level would be preferred.n
