nEPORT Agritech Pvt. Ltd. is building a technology-enabled ecosystem for international trade, focused on simplifying the way exporters, importers, buyers and suppliers conduct cross-border business.
nAs EPORT enters its next stage of growth, we are looking for a CFO who thinks beyond accounting and finance. The person should work closely with the founders to build EPORT into an investor-ready, scalable and financially disciplined startup.
nRole Objective
nThe CFO will take ownership of EPORT's financial strategy, fundraising readiness, investor relations, financial controls and strategic partnerships.




nA major responsibility will be to help EPORT raise startup capital by preparing the company for institutional investors, identifying and approaching relevant investors, managing fundraising conversations and supporting the founders through due diligence and closure.
nThis is intended to become a core leadership position, and the right candidate may be offered an opportunity to become a long-term partner/shareholder in EPORT, subject to performance, commitment and mutually agreed terms.
