nRole Overview
nTheAssociate Principal – Partnerships will play a key role in expanding the organization, The role will focus on developing and managing corporate and CSR partnerships, identifying new collaboration opportunities, and driving growth through strategic engagement with corporates and foundations.
nThe position requires a strong network in the CSR and corporate ecosystem, along with the ability to build long-term relationships and translate partnership opportunities into impactful programs.

- Identify and build strategic partnerships with corporates, CSR foundations, and philanthropic organizations.n
- Develop and nurture relationships with CSR Heads, sustainability leaders, and senior corporate stakeholders.n

nBusiness Development

- Generate current opportunities aligned with Soulace’s impact areas.n
- Lead the development of proposals, concept notes, and partnership pitches.n
- Support revenue growth through strategic collaborations.n

nStakeholder Management

- Maintain strong relationships with existing partners and ensure long-term engagement.n
- Represent Soulace at CSR forums, networking events, and industry platforms.n

nStrategic Collaboration

- Work closely with internal teams to align partnership opportunities with program delivery capabilities.n
