- Lead and grow a portfolio of medium to large OEMs, end users, and strategic accounts within the assigned segment through strong relationship management and strategic engagementn
- Drive high-value automation solutions using a consultative, expertise-based approach that elevates customer outcomes and strengthens Festo’s market positionn
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market analysis, strategic account planning,



and close collaboration with management on pricing and team-selling initiativesn
- Achieve sales and receivables targets while delivering meaningful segment insights that influence product development and long-term strategyn

nOur Requirements:

- The ideal candidate should have a bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Electronics, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering with 14-18 years of experience in the Industrial Automation segmentn
- Experience in industrial sales across various industries like Automotive, electronics, food and packaging industries, with a robust business acumen, and a deep understanding of customer needs and market dynamicsn
