nRole Overview: The incumbent will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering high-quality, industry-aligned educational content for our online courses and programmes. The role will include curriculum development, teaching, assessment, and ensuring the overall quality of programme delivery. Faculty members will also manage a large pool of guest/adjunct faculty and teaching assistants, ensuring consistency and excellence in course execution.
nPrincipal Accountabilities & Responsibilities

- Assist in the development of industry-aligned curricula under the guidance of senior faculty or programme directors.n
- Teach and facilitate courses, focusing on delivering engaging learning experiences such as project-based learning.n
- Grade assignments and assessments, providing timely feedback to students.n
- Participate in guest/adjunct faculty coordination, helping ensure programme quality in collaboration with senior faculty.n




- Collaborate with peers to improve courses and engage in departmental activities as appropriate.n
- Stay up-to-date with developments and trends in relevant industries to ensure that courses reflect the most current practices, technologies, and skills.n

nSkill and Ability Requirements
nExpertise in at least one of the following domain areas:
nData Science, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, MLOps

- n
- Robust programming skills in Python or R, with experience in ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).n
- Solid understanding of MLOps principles, including CI/CD for ML models, and model monitoring.n
- Familiarity with MLOps and ML workflow orchestration tools.n
- Experience using cloud-based AI services (AWS Sagemaker, Azure ML) would be an added advantage.n
