nKey Responsibilities:
nEnd-to-end payroll processing for India employees
nPayroll inputs validation, salary processing, and reconciliations
nHandling PF, ESI, PT, LWF, TDS, and other statutory compliances
nIncome tax declarations, proof verification, and Form 16 issuance
nFull & Final (F&F;) settlement processing
nPayroll audits, reporting, and employee query resolution
nCoordination with HR, Finance, and Payroll vendors
nRequired Skills:

nPF, ESI, PT, LWF, TDS Compliance
nPayroll Reconciliation & Audit Support
nF&F; Settlement
nAdvanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP)
