Who Are We Looking For?nWe are specifically looking for professionals currently working or having prior experience with:
nBanks | NBFCs | DSAs | Financial Services Companies
nCandidates should have solid relationships and a business network in Pune and/or Mumbai and the ability to generate loan business independently from the market.
Product Experience RequirednHands-on experience in sourcing and selling one or more of:
nHome Loans (HL)
nLoan Against Property (LAP)
nBusiness Loans (BL)
nPersonal Loans (PL)
nWorking Capital / Business Finance

- Source new loan business from the market through your existing network and relationships.n




- Build and maintain relationships with customers, CAs, builders, property consultants, connectors, business owners and other referral sources.n
- Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable loan solutions.n
- Work with multiple Banks & NBFCs to provide competitive solutions.n
- Manage the loan journey from lead generation to disbursement.n
- Achieve monthly business and disbursement targets.n
- Develop and continuously expand your market network.n

Ideal CandidatenWe would love to meet you if you are:
nCurrently working in Bank / NBFC / DSA / Financial Services Sales
nExperienced in HL / LAP / BL / PL sales
nStrong in self-sourcing and market acquisition
nHave an established Pune or Mumbai customer/business network
nHave relationships with CAs, builders, property consultants, connectors, SMEs or business owners
nTarget-oriented and comfortable with field sales
nStrong in cust
