nKey Responsibilities

- Generate new business through outbound calls to domestic and international students and customers.n
- Handle leads and inquiries received through phone, website, social media, WhatsApp, email and referrals .n
- Counsel prospective students on courses, certifications, workshops, training programs and career opportunities.n
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable courses,



services and products.n
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation → counseling → follow-up → conversion → enrollment → post-sales support .n
- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly targets for calls, counseling, conversions, admissions and revenue .n
- Follow up consistently with fresh, warm, inactive and existing leads.n
- Handle objections professionally and maximize conversion opportunities.n
- Identify upselling, cross-selling, repeat business and referral opportunities .n
- Maintain accurate lead, follow-up, enrollment and sales records in the CRM.n
- Coordinate with Marketing, Admissions, Operations, Finance and Student Support teams for smooth customer experience.n
- Maintain robust relationships with students and customers to drive repeat enrollments and referrals.n
- Monitor competitor offerings, industry trends and market developments.n
- Prepare regular reports
