nWe are looking for an Accounting Manager-Chartered Accountant with 2–5 years of experience to own finance and accounting operations for a quick-growing B2B SaaS company. This is a hands-on role covering accounting, reporting, taxation, compliance and controllership.

nKey Responsibilities:

- Own day-to-day finance and accounting operationsn
- Manage month-end closing and financial reportingn
- Handle GST, taxation and statutory compliancen
- Coordinate India and US accounting, tax and legal compliance with external consultantsn
- Ensure compliance with Ind AS and US GAAPn
- Manage audits, statutory filings and tax-related mattersn
- Monitor cash flow,



budgeting and forecastingn
- Oversee payroll processing and related compliancen
- Develop and maintain internal controlsn
- Provide financial insights and reporting to leadershipn
- Drive process improvements and finance automationn

nRequired Qualifications:

- n
- CA – Chartered Accountantn
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in accounting, finance, controllership or compliancen
- Currently based in Bengalurun
- Solid understanding of Indian taxation, GST and financial reportingn
- Experience with accounting/ERP and financial reporting toolsn
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skillsn

- Experience in SaaS, AI, Fintech, Software, Internet or other modern tech companiesn
