- Documents existing enterprise business applications, related business processes, and personas impactedn
- Identifies existing inefficiencies, potential improvement opportunities, and critical differentiating business requirementsn
- Envisions and develops representations of recommended future state options for evaluation by clientsn
- Understands related security structures and best practicesn
- Designs and develops scorecards for evaluation of candidate business applicationsn
- Creates dashboard presentations of quantitative and qualitative scoring of candidate optionsn
- Supports Technical Leads, Developers and Managers by providing functional clarifications and setting expectations with team and clientn
- Solution Functional Design: Performs functional (business process) solution design in business applications (ERP, HCM, CRM, & related) contexts,



to provide maximized business value and deliver solid business agility while meeting applicable requirements and constraintsn
- Consulting: Gains a deep understanding of client needs, analyzes best practices, and plays an integral part in defining and proposing business value solutions that meet or exceed client expectationsn
- Program & Project Management: Supports, and manages aspects of business applications implementationsn
- Documents and maintains project milestones, phases, elements, and budgetn
- Monitors project progress by tracking risks, actions, issues, decisions, and other activitiesn
- Develops references for users by writing and maintaining user documentation; providing help desk support; training usersn
- Implementation and Support: Provides functional support of NetSuite solutions and related technologies especially in supply chain siden
- Manages and resolves issues, defects, and change requestsn
- Manages and performs systems configuration task
