nKey Responsibilities
n
- n
- Perform 3D CAD modeling and design of aircraft interior/floor covering components.n
- Develop and maintain Model-Based Definition (MBD) data, including PMI, dimensions, tolerances, annotations, and GD&T.;n
- Create, modify, and update 2D engineering drawings as required.n
- Interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and design requirements.n
- Support design modifications and engineering changes for 787 floor covering/interior components.n
- Manage and update engineering data using ENOVIA PLM.n
- Perform required product/data releases and maintain engineering information in the PLM environment.n
- Coordinate with engineering, checking/QA, and project teams to resolve design-related issues.n
- Ensure engineering deliverables meet applicable aerospace and customer quality requirements.n




- Complete assigned engineering deliverables within project timelines.n

nMandatory Qualifications

- n
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, Aeronautical, Production, or related Engineering discipline.n
- Minimum 3 years of total engineering experience.n
- Minimum 1 year of Aerospace industry experience.n
- Hands-on experience with CATIA V5.n
- Hands-on experience with Model-Based Definition (MBD).n
- Experience with ENOVIA PLM.n
- Positive experience in 3D modeling and 2D drawing creation/modification.n
- Working knowledge of GD&T; and tolerance fundamentals.n
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.n
- Willingness to work from Chennai for the duration of the assignment.n
