nCandidate Specification & Job Description:
n22+ years of overall experience with 8-10+ years of experience in P&C; Insurance Brokerage industry, preferably US geography.
nManaging a large span of resources
nExperience in handling Accounts receivable and Payables work will be added advantage.
nAbility to meet deadlines & drive results.
nAbility to organize and prioritize multiple tasks in a rapid-paced environment.
nStrong written and oral communication skills
nProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
nAbility to utilize and be proficient in broker management systems
nReview/ Audit items processed by the team and provide feedback maintain and improve the quality
nIndependently investigate, research,



and resolve issues as they relate to their assigned clients
nAct as main, day to day point of contact for clients, respond both professionally and promptly to all inquiries
nEnsure that the scale-up & productivity goals for the team are met, including service level, utilization, and customer satisfaction
nFacilitate generation of ideas, analyse operational risks, address customer escalations and work with other leads to mitigate risks and establish common goals to deliver value to the business.
nStays abreast of changes in the insurance industry and other external conditions that may impact clients
