n What You’ll Do

- Conduct individual therapy sessions in Malayalam and Englishn
- Perform intake and psychological assessmentsn
- Develop and maintain tailored treatment plansn
- Maintain clear and ethical clinical documentationn
- Collaborate with fellow psychologists and support staffn
- Contribute to workshops, wellness initiatives, and psychoeducational contentn

n What We’re Looking For

- n
- Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Psychology (mandatory)n




- 2 to 5 years of experience in therapy and psychological assessmentsn
- Fluency in Malayalam and English (spoken and written)n
- Strong clinical judgment with a compassionate, ethical, and client centered approachn
- Comfortable working in a collaborative, team based environmentn
- Comfortable appearing in videos or contributing to psychoeducational content when requiredn
