nRole Summary:
nWe are looking for an experienced Test Manager with a strong background in Corporate Banking and Quality Engineering to lead end-to-end testing initiatives across multiple banking projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in test management, automation strategy, stakeholder management, governance, and delivery execution.

nMandatory Requirements:
n
- n
- Minimum 12+ years of overall experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Engineering, with at least 3 years in a Test Manager capacity.n
- Must have spent the last 4–5 years managing multiple Corporate Banking testing projects, with hands-on exposure to Corporate Internet Banking and Corporate Payments.n
- Strong functional experience across one or more of the following:n
- Corporate Internet Bankingn
- Corporate Paymentsn
- Host-to-Host (H2H) Integrationsn
- API Bankingn
- Cash Managementn
- Trade Finance (preferred)n




- Proven expertise in:n
- Test effort estimationn
- Test strategy and planningn
- Test execution governancen
- Risk and dependency managementn
- Test metrics, reporting, and stakeholder communicationn
- Robust understanding and practical application of QA processes, methodologies, defect management, and quality governance.n
- Demonstrated experience in defining and implementing automation strategy, with active involvement in automation project delivery within the last 2 years, including driving adoption, delivery, and measurable ROI.n
- Good understanding of Agile delivery methodologies and experience working with tools such as JIRA for test and defect management.n
- Excellent communication, leadership, stakeholder management, and team management skills.n
